Our team is expanding and looking for an E-commerce professional, who delivers growth on marketplaces like Amazon, Google Shopping, optimizing both product listing (PDPs) and media as well as evolving the digital commerce strategy and D2C opportunity.
He or she works in a cross-functional team leading a team of (digital) marketing specialists to identify digital commence growth opportunities for the client and developing a clear strategy on how to deliver those results.
Experiences will typically range from very focused media mix and optimization to full transformations across the marketing mix - strategy and audience segmentation, creative, analytics through to delivering results for great brands and clients.
We are looking for someone who is excited to share their knowledge with the broader Digital Team and connect the client’s marketing efforts to broader business outcomes.
Work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, to develop an acceleration strategy and agile “small moves” tests to improve digital commerce sales volume and ROAS.
Drive analysis and recommendations that guide marketing planning, brand strategy through expertise in digital channels / tactics, capabilities (technology and organizational), communications mix and messaging, and decisions on what to scale based on learning and potential relative value.
Consult clients on the opportunities of digital commerce both on marketplaces as well as Direct to Consumer.
Run a thorough diagnosis of a client’s digital commerce presence and marketing to identify sizable opportunities for effectiveness improvement.
Communicate insights and opportunities in simple and clear comms that are appropriately tailored to their audience, both in written and oral presentations.
The E-Commerce Lead should have broader digital performance experience and also be able to lead digital media performance improvement projects across all digital channels.
Build trust with clients, Fusion5 partners and teams as the digital commerce and marketing expert that solves tough business problems based on deep in-platform experience.
QA data and analysis with actionable insights as it relates to business goals for reporting the person who makes sure everyone knows what great, good and poor looks like and has a plan to improve or pivot as needed.
4+ years’ experience in digital performance marketing, biddable media and e-commerce.
Proven track record of analysing biddable media campaigns, identify optimization potential and deliver ROI improvement
Communication, especially in packaging content into effective client presentations and being the person leading the room in meetings, articulating clear action items and providing direction.
A proven track-record developing and contributing to successful, innovative and impactful marketing efforts is essential.
Communications strategy, goals and testing roadmaps across projects, packaged and structured to deliver clear outcomes against client business priorities.
At least 2 years in Shopping campaigns execution: Amazon Advertising expertise (how to drive highest ROI) in Search, Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Google Shopping, and other E-Com ROI solutions.
Amazon on-site optimization: Vendor Central, Seller Central, listings, Product Landing Page optimization.
Good overview of other marketplace platforms and Retail media opportunities.
D2C experience would be a benefit, including Shop system selection and setup, Product mix selection, presentation, optimization, user experience optimization/Conversion rate optimization, CRM/E-mail marketing for retention and sales increase, fulfilment & logistics and pricing strategy.
Team leadership experience, training and coaching team members to grow, and finding the right balance between empowering junior team members to grow and ensuring flawless results.
